We started processing XXXXXX's application on December 5, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on XXXXXXX's application. The office will contact XXXXXX concerning this decision.

i hope its not a rejection .. there was no interview.

Philippine applicants

NSO Birth Certificate needed for both sponsor and applicant (Parent Sponsorship)

Sponsor- no problem.

Applicant (since born 1944), no record. Challenge to request since there is no record pre-1951.

Question:

You think a `Certificate of No-record`will be enough for CIC and if not - is registering late to get a birth certificate the only option

Hoping to hear from those who have gone through the same process. Thanks
