I hope you do not face any problems dealing with the Indian Embassy here in Canada (renewing Indian passport etc). There were some cases where the Indian Embassy questioned them how the passport was sent to India when the person was in Canada. This is just a caution don't get unduly worried.jasu said:Yes she is here on Supervisa, they are going to send the passport back home. We have to collect from India personally / if someone comes from there. Thank you once again.
Hello Suin ,Suin said:Why? It is taxable and it is considered to be income.
I am quite surprised - if they want to see the proof of the 3-4 years back income why they keep asking for the recent years then especially if the sponsor meets the LICO those years the application had been filed in?samHARVI said:Hello Suin ,
that's something that can be put up with the government as of why? I believe because EI income is only for certain period of time. but I'm sure they don't count that as minimum income level when sponsoring your parents.
When your was file received by New Delhi? In most cases it means that your parents are about to receive their passports back with visas very soon!daljitsydney said:Hey Guys what does " Decision made " status mean in new Delhi. it changed today for my parents ??? does that mean it is approved ?

Either you pay the correct/current fee according to his age or he won't be included as accompanying. Now he is over 22 so that's what you gotta pay.Richadw said:Hi guys, I had a big confusion in my application. When I first applied I included my brother as a dependent who was under the age of 22 at that time. due to some confusion when the medicals were done we marked him as non accompanying dependant. Later on I contact Delhi office and advised him of the confusion. They sent me an email today and stated "You can directly get in touch with CPC- M for update of sponsorship if "my brother's name" is to be included as accompanying family member and pay processing fee."
I contacted cpc-m today and lady is telling me that I only paid fees for my parents when i first applied for them in 2008(I paid $1175) and didn't pay for my brother even though his name was included under acc dependant. According to her I was short of $50 dollars that's why they refunded the excess amount later thinking it's only for my parents.
She is saying that If i were to add him to the application again as acc dependant then I've to pay $500 plus because he is no longer a minor.
I'm so confused because He was a dependant at the time I applied and he is way over 22 now so if i apply for him now as an adult it won't work. Shouldn't his application be processed as per the actual application date? It's so confusing and makes no sense to me.
