Hi everyone, my parents got their PR 5 years back out of which they were able to stay in Canada only for 4-5 months max. It was also because during that time, Covid happened and no flights were operating for a very long time. Now, their PR is expiring next month. How can they re-apply or renew their PR? Who to contact and can they ask for extension on it based on covid circumstances? Thanks, please help
