I would like to sponsor my parents to immigrate to Canada. I'm trying to fill out the forms by myself and have several general questions. Thank you in advance if anyone could help

My main question is I want to sponsor both of my parents. However, all the forms seem only have one main applicant.
1. should I fill all the forms twice; one for my mom and another one for one dad?
2. If I do 1, should I combine all the forms in one envelop for my mom and dad together? Or should I apply separately as two forms (in this case, should I enroll twice for the draws)?
3. I'm confused about how much I should pay. So my scenario is I'm the only child of my parents and I'm single without any kid. So should I pay sponsor(75)+principal applicant for mom (475) +spouse (550) +Right of Permanent Residence Fee 490*2=2080 and do the same for my dad. So in total, should I pay 4160?

My second question is under generic application form, #3 how many family members, including you in this application? Should I fill 2 or 3?

First off. Start by filling out the lottery form for 2017 PGP, if selected worry about the paperwork.
Only one application package needed. One of your parents will be the main applicant the other the accompanying dependent.

Most importantly, ask yourself, "DO I meet the LICO requirements for 2013, 2014 & 2015?"

According to your other post you don't meet PGP LICO for 2013, so there is no point trying to win lottery and apply in 2017 as you don't qualify.

Wait until 2018.
