My parents are in Canada currently on supervisa. They have lived in three countries for more than 6 months after turning 18:
1) pakistan
2) uae
3) Qatar

it looks like IRCC will accept police certificates even if six months have passed after they were obtained if they were obtained after they left where they lived . I suspect it might take long to obtain police certificates from all three places after I get the AOR. If I try to get all three Police certificates now would that be smart?
Want to make sure there is no issue with police certificates expiring?

no AOR yet

Hi, I submitted a web form enquiry as I have not heard back from IRCC after our July submission. It has been more than a week since submitting the web form, but no response yet. Typically how long have you all seen as a response time after a web form submission?

You can get started with PCC for countries where your parents previously lived for more than 6 months as they do not expire. For the country that is their current official residence, you can wait until they request it. If you are unable to get it within the 30 day deadline, you can submit an explanation and IRCC usually gives you an extension

They are currently in Canada on supervisa. So I can get all three right? They plan to stay here until process of pr is complete before visiting home country of Pakistan and the other two countries

Hi Everyone,
I submitted my application to sponsor my mother in July 2024. However, I couldn’t submit her PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) from India at that time. We recently received her PCC from India. How can I submit it to IRCC now? Please let me know.
Thanks!

I can see that IRCC updated that my parents passed the medical on Sept 21 2024. We never received any medical request. however my parents had their medical done in March 2023 in Canada for Visitor Visa application. May be that was still considered as valid.
IRCC may ask for them to repeat it at a later date.
