Need advise on applying the PCC.
My parents are on super visa in Canada are Indian residents. Can you please suggest what are the steps to apply PCC from Canada for both Canada & India PCC?

I received the acknowledgement of receipt via Canada post mail, it stated that its been received at the case processing centre. The application number was the same as when they requested addtional documents expect the it had letter X in front and in the AOR X was removed, xf...... and aor f.....

Why your AOR is received by mail ? Did you request it this way ? I thought it would only be electronically sent by Email.

Despite submitting the passport copies for my parents, I received a letter from IRCC stating that I need to submit the passports again, and I have 30 days to do so. The issue is that the application was submitted in July 2024, and at that time, the passports had a validity of 13 months, but now they are valid for only 10 months.

Should I submit the existing passports or get them renewed through the Tatkal process and submit the new ones?

To apply for indian pcc for your parents, you can apply through BLS website online and i dont think you will need canadian PCC

Why your AOR is received by mail ? Did you request it this way ? I thought it would only be electronically sent by Email.

That’s what I thought as well. My additional document came via email. The AOR was mailed. I guess their way of confirming address

Did you receive this via email or mail ? The best advice is to follow the instructions to submit the documents as stated by the IRCC
