When I add the details, it says no application found... My Dad got the letter for prepare to arrive, but my mom didn't.. any one like that?

Hi everyone, any information would be helpful. How can we withdraw one parent from a parent sponsorship application? I am facing a complicated situation where my dad is very ill, and we were told that if he gets rejected, my mother will be rejected as well. So we thought maybe we could cancel my dad from the application. Does anyone here have any information?
You could have made your mother principal applicant.... But this situation is very unique, I think you need to consult an immigrant lawyer for your case
You can't remove one of the parents from the sponsorship application. What stage have the application been processed?
Have they passed medical?
I think it's a good idea to change your mother to the PA. But at the end both parents need to pass medical and the principle applicant needs to land as PR first or together with the dependent.

I was having the same issue in linking application in gc key. Just changing the number of person helped and application was linked. You might be using 2 try 3 if you are only sponsor or 4 if wife is also in the application. Hope it works for linking application in gc key account. Please update

Hi my friends parents sent their passports to Delhi for PR stamping. It’s been more than 2 weeks since it reached Delhi India. No updates. How much time would it normally take for the stamping and passports to be returned?

We were told the same and that’s why we are thinking about removing my dad as he might not pass the exam, due to progressive cancer, but my question is if we are able to do so and if yes how?
Removing a spouse is usually not allowed. Both of them have to pass medical. You may be looking into some special case. I know some people were able to remove a dependent (child that the PA has no custody and ex-spouse refusing to cooperate to go through medical exam) but I haven't seen a case to remove a spouse.
Maybe others have ideas on how to proceed.
