To those who have a hard time linking their application to their GCKey account, here is what the IRCC customer service told me in linking the application:Thanks for your response. I still can’t link it, still saying error, so frustrating. The portion for what category I picked permanent residence, sub category I picked family class parents and grandparents. I filled in application number. The portion for names can’t be filled out. I proceed to applicant information and filled everything out, but still tells me error. I believe am not filling it out properly.
This is PPR. Congratulationsthanks @Tykoon .
The letter does says this in the beginning :
-----------------------------
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa

Do I need to submit for PR landing document online. ?
Hi all, I hope someone can share some insights into the PR application process for parents and grandparents.
As the principal applicant, my dad has already received his eCOPR and is currently in Canada. However, the accompanying dependents (my mom and brother) are still waiting for their next steps and are currently in India.
Does anyone have experience with this situation? I'm particularly interested in understanding the process for dependents in India, such as the timeline for receiving their COPRs and any specific documents or steps they need to take.
Hi, i am in same situation. my mother principal applicant received eCOPR, lives in canada but my father as dependent he is in india didn’t get any update yet.
