Info requested: More documents to prove relationship of sponsor and applicants
Info submitted: Voter ID, Cancelled Passports, High School certs on Feb 5, 2024.
AOR: Feb 29th, 2024
AOR again with request of IMM 5768 if not submitted: Mar 5th, 2024

That is amazing , you already got the Biometrics. Good luck with rest of the processing.
The applications my parents submitted , we attached everything - cancelled passports , resumes , Adhaar card , voter ids etc , so hoping once we receive the acknowledgement everything should be smooth.

You will receive it soon. Based on what I noticed this week they sent biometrics to people who submitted applications around Nov 1st or 2nd week. If you submitted after us, you will get it by next week or so

. I'm based in BC and have heard that usually the processing for applications submitted from BC is slower . But my fingers crossed for the next step.
I am from BC too. Nothing happened yet. I just checked the tracker, it looks like no application from BC got AOR yet.Thanks
Here’s our PGP2023 timeline. Looks like the Final Decision has been made!!
- Submitted: 15 Oct 2023
- Additional Documents requested: 15 Jan 2024
- AOR: 1 Feb 2024
- Got a mail on Feb 26 to submit IMM 5768 if it wasn’t already submitted with original application. I called CIC to confirm if they need a new one but agent told me to resubmit the same one just incase.
- Biometric Request: 01 March 2024
- Medical Request: 07 March 2024
- Sponsorship Approval: 07 March 2024
- Medical Done: 11 March 2024
- PCC Request: 08 March 2024
- PCC submitted: 08 March 2024 (Got the PCC done in Jan 2024)
- Final Decision: 18 March 2024
I also tried to link to GC key ( I have the GCkey and password but it says application not found ).
Congrats!! Thats quick.
that means , your parents will get the PR or landing document in few months time or will it take longer

I applied in BC too. I havent received any email. I logged into portal and it says submitted. why are processing times so different?

I was requested to send additional documents, just like many others on this forum were, i.e.: Proof of Relationship with PA (submitting Aadhar Card and Voters Id), resubmission of IMM 5406 for my parents. I did and sent them these docs on the email mentioned in the pdf instructions which is

After sending the email, for sake of assurance and sanity I filled the webform to confirm if they received the mail. I got a response this morning by the agent that the responsible office has not yet received the documents.
My Questions:
1. Has anyone gotten similar a response after emailing them the required docs?, agent asked me to re-send the docs (if I wish to) via webform however because of the size of required docs I cannot re-submit via webform. So the only option I have if I want to is via postal mail.
2. How do I know which office do I have to mail these docs, if I want to?. PDF instructions has this address:
