I have got request for 5406 E additional family information form to be submitted again. When I fill form online I cannot write names in my native language(Gujarati), can anyone please suggest what should I do or what other people facing same situation have done . FYI application is for my mother PGP 2023 submitted on DEC 6.

Hi,

Last week i got my AOR. i have UCI issued to my dad and application no. too. But I am unable to check status online and even not able to sign up to the application tracker. Does anyone else facing same issues?

Make one form in English, print, sign and date. Now remove all the names (family and first name) from the form, print, write (handwritten) the names in native language, sign and date.
Submit both forms.

If you haven’t receive AOR , you cannot link your application.

I was able to link my application without receiving an AOR. but I got the application and UCI # on the Biometric instruction letter

I am being asked to re-submit IMM5669 form with hand signature. Just curious, did everyone here submit Form IMM 5669 with hand-signature or am I missing something which IRCC hasnt mentioned in the letter.

or you can write your native language in same form under English name so you don't have to make 2 forms.

I signed it electronically too. I haven't heard anything since the submission on Nov 17. I am guessing I will have to resubmit a hand written one too if that's what they are asking of you.

Oh ok, . i submitted on dec 6th my application is not opened yet as per agent. I tried so many times to link my appli and it’s not working.

I think it depends on the case officer assigned. how much time they take
