Do i need to submit canadian PCC for my mother. She is on a super visa and has been residing in Canada from 4 years with few exits.

Police Certificate: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if
applicable) must provide police certificates from:
The country where they currently live, and
Any country they have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age
of 18.
Your relative is required to obtain the police certificate from that country’s law enforcement
authorities. Please send a copy of the original police certificate to this office as soon as
they receive it. Follow these instructions to ensure you provide the correct police
certificates: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp.

Thanks for sharing this because my parents are here on Super visa too and they've been here since end of 2021, and as per this they'll need to get a police certificate from the local police is suppose.

RROC is Rapid Response Operations Center, IRCC office in Ottawa. It was originally meant to fast process certain high demand occupation based PR applications but from time to time they take on other applications too.

I don't know how it will affect the application.

I clicked the link in your earlier message and it seems like you dont need to provide a police record from Canada unless they ask for it, read this:

I would say phone IRCC - 1-888-576-8502 and get some advice, that's what I am going to do when i get this letter. And please do share what they tell you if you call them

Just an update, completed biometric on Mar 14, I have received sponsorship eligibility letter on Mar 15. In the letter it says if you not submitted any documents please resubmit, so I m going to sit tight and wait for their correspondence, well let's all hope they take it to closure at the earliest.

Got biometrics and sponsor eligibility e-mails, however the latter says the application has been forwarded to Vancouver. I'm in Toronto; anyone else face the same?

Also, I am unable to sign-in to check the app status, keeps showing an error. Tried calling IRCC to do the GC Key link, but there's no answer from the other end of the line.

And, could someone please share the webform link? I need to change my address, but can't do it via the sign-in profile route. Thanks a bunch!
