For year 2022, 30% will be added to meet the income requirement.
It's already been added. You don't add the 30 percent again.

I am not sure then! I thought we have to add 30% based on the following note from cic website.

"Since many sponsors and co-signers may have been affected financially by the COVID-19 pandemic, the income requirement for the 2020 and 2021 tax years have been reduced to the minimum necessary income, instead of the minimum necessary income plus 30%. "

The required amounts are in the table. You do not add 30 percent. Per the statement you just quoted, IRCC did not add the 30 percent for those two years. That's why LICO is lower those two years in the table.

Make sense now.
Thanks for clarifying.

No, this doesn't make you a licensed representative. You need a license to be a licensed representative.
I am little confused. I have to go back to my original question. In the invitation letter, there is link to two online portal accounts. One is for principal applicant and other is for representative. As I am not principal applicant, I was advised (on this forum) to create online account as a representative. When I go to online portal of a representative (Sign in | Permanent Residence Portal (cic.gc.ca) ) It says, this portal is for licensed representatives. Now, as I am not licensed representative, should I still go ahead and make an online account on this portal as representative of my mother's PR application.

Thanks and sorry as I am little confused here where exactly I should make an online account to fill out the forms.

Guys for the income requirements,

for my situation 4 people

the requirements are

2020- $ 48,167 - qualifed
2021- $ 49,106 - qualifed
2022- $ 64, 306 - short of $17K

Is the IRCC is going to check you notice of assessment each year? or they just gonna add your whole income from 2020 2021 and 2022?

coz in my salary, My annual income for 2020 and 2021 I am qualified, except for 2022. But if you add all of that income from 2020 until 2022 taxation,
My income is exceeded if you count those 3 income requirements as a whole that was posted above.

Just basing on the IMM 5768 question number 14 - employment history of sponsor. coz you to count the gross income in the pass three years. 2020 up to present. I just want to make sure if i really need a co-signer.

Thank you very much

Yes, they certainly check each year.

They check the NOA for each year individually against the income requirements for that specific year. They do not add your income together. So you do not meet the requirements to sponsor unless your spouse co-signs and makes sufficient income.

You must meet LICO for all three years separately based on your NOA. If short in 2022, the application will be refused. You don’t add years.

Yes, 5406 includes all additional family members regardless of citizenship/status.
Actually, if you are a permanent resident of Canadian citizen you don't put yourself there.
You (the principal applicant) must fill out this form for yourself and on behalf of any of your family members 18 years of age or older who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
