Hello, can someone advise how to request for GCMS notes? My parents application is in Mississauga office. I am an applicant from Quebec. File submitted Nov 6th 2022, CSQ received June 2nd and medical passed in August 2nd th 2023. No communication received after this. I initiated email and I also submitted a webform on feb 23rd and they replied on MArch 5th that my application is still in process. They basically copy pasted crap that's already on the website, couldnt exactly tell me why they are delaying my file.

what is interesting to me is in the portal its says the below-

Review of eligibility

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

I thought i was eligible hence i got invited to apply. is this statement normal for everyone waiting?

Hi, how fo i link my mother application to GC KEY account? Submitted on Dec 2022. SA on 25th jan 2024 and file moved to Vancouver office. Cannot link her application with my sister as dependent. I tried with UCI and file number. But no results. How to determine the number of members in the application. Would it be 2 or 5 (my mom, sister and my family(3)) ?? Pleaee help!

Try 5 or 4. For some cases kid is not counted.

Is your spouse/partner a co-signer? If not try 3.
Then try 4 (sponsor+cosigner+PA+dependent of PA)

Tried 5 times, unfortunately it didn’t work. It’s beyond frightening! I don’t know how or whom to reach out.

pre-arrival letter - it means that the PA has met all the eligibility requirements for permanent residency and you will soon be getting a final decision.

Folks, I have been asked by VO to determine whether applicants needs to submit passports for visa or Electronic Authorization. How can we determine which country qualify for visa or ETA? Note My parents live outside Canada
