I just got an invitation for my parents in Fri Oct 14

Quick question about the income requirements:

1.) I have new born in 2021 and that takes me to family size of 6. Just to make sure, I should meet the income requirement for 2019 ( 5 members), 2020 (5 members, 2021 (6 members) correct? or it needs to be 6 for through all the 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021)?

If your total family members (you, spouse, applicant, parents and any of their kids under 22) then you count your new born for only 2021.

I Got the invitation for my Mother on 12th October. regarding the Birth certificate she is 83 year old and doesnot have a birth certificate however she does have a school marksheet where in her birth date is mentioned will that be ok ? also form 1344 E do we have to first validate and electronically sign or sign and validate next ?

Are they considering sending only one invitation for a family?
Is it still possible to get an invitation for my parents?

No. There are people here who have gotten invitations for both parents. It is a lottery so you may not. Assume you don’t have children.

Only your wife can sponsor her parents.

Your parents cannot be sponsored since you did not receive an invitation.

But also keep in mind that you may still receive an invitation. If you receive an invitation, then you can sponsor your parents.

I have same situation, my mom has no birth certificate. Not sure what can work.
1344 should sign first and then validate as far as I know. May I know what browser do you use? My 1344 could not validate due to Java issue.

I don't think you need her birth certificate. You will need to provide yours to show your relationship that you are the son.
