Did the letter include your full name and Date of birth or just last name?

Please help.

My letter just included Dear <last name>. I am concerned I clicked the "I dont have a given name checkbox by mistake at the time" (Even though I am 100% sure I filled it"

Anyone figure out how to sign on Q8 and Q16 of IMM5768, if we are consenting IRCC to access our tax information from CRA?

The guide suggest to sing electronically as below:

type your social insurance number (SIN) and electronically sign and date the statement to give IRCC consent to collect your SIN to ask for your income tax information from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the 3 years immediately before the date of the application. Your tax information will be used to determine if you meet the income requirements) to sponsor a parent or grandparent.

But we cannot type anything in the signature area in these questions.

I see they made some improvements in the online portal. Last year we will only be able to sign digitally for PA. Sponsor and co-signer need to do it in paper form, scan and upload.
This is just my guess, you can verify in the pr portal:
If it is still the same setup, there will be a consent, declaration and e-signature at eh very bottom. I would assume everyone need to type your full name and declare (PA, sponsor and co-signer). This will serve as digital signature for all on-line forms in this application. Those individual forms won't have any space for your to sign.

you can correct your info. send a copy of your ID same as the one you originally sent over. also your ITA.

In my case, the letter includes full name, email and address .. and they have addressed with “Dear FirstName LastName”

Thanks. They indicated not to email them unless you want to change the email otherwise just to apply with updated information.

At the time, the form included a box with "I confirm I don't have a given name" or something similar... I am pretty sure I got confused and clicked them all.. so it wiped out all my Given names, possibily DOB and parents Given name.

On the other hand, I sent a passport bio photo and I signed with full name.

However, I am concerned the application will be rejected on this basis.

Same here. What I did is, print it out, sign it myself with my wife, scan it again in PDF and then upload it.

Thanks. They indicated not to email them unless you want to change the email otherwise just to apply with updated information.

At the time, the form included a box with "I confirm I don't have a given name" or something similar... I am pretty sure I got confused and clicked them all.. so it wiped out all my Given names, possibily DOB and parents Given name.

On the other hand, I sent a passport bio photo and I signed with full name.

However, I am concerned the application will be rejected on this basis.

Guess you never know until you submit. Upload a letter of explanation and hope for the best. Good luck!

Number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect. provide details in question 9 on page 2.

does it include spousal undertaking too?

submit both. combine them in one pdf. with a letter of explanation wil be nice.
and remember to take a copy of the online application this time before you submit. it will save you a lot of guess work later on.

I got the invite on Friday at 10am and it included my 4 names.

When doing the form 1344, it shows the above message, I did modify my browsers by enable javascript. still not able to validate the form after I filled all the form. Any advice?
