I have already submitted marriage certificate of my parents plus my birth certificate as relationship proof with my mom with original application.
I found my voter card and adhaar card. I already had 10th and 12th certificates. But none of these docs have my mother's name. They have my Father's and husband's name. How will it prove relationship with my Mom who is Principle applicant? Plus should I write letter to explain that I do not have 5th and 8th grade certificates and if yes what reason do i write for not having them? Will it be wise to send copy of my OCI card which has my mom's name?

If you have your Indian passport it has both parents' name. Even if it is cancelled that will be considered as valid document for proof of relationship.

My parents in law did their medical examination on Jul 25 and today I noticed that they passed the medical exam as of today, July 28 2023.

Unable to link application to gckey any suggestions will be appreciated. Also what should be the answer to number of applicants including primary applicant. Is it 2 as I am sponsoring mother and father or it will be 5 including me, my wife and son.

I believe it should be 3 (you, mother and father), and 4 if your wife is a co-signer.

My case was similar to yours.

We were also asked to send the similar list of documents, such as police certificates along with adhaar and voter’s ID card, Indian passports (expired and current) and/or OCI, PAN/Income Tax Card, as a proof of relationship despite the fact we submitted marriage and birth certificate. Furthermore, these are all non-existence documents as none of us, PA, dependent, spouse and co-signer, are or were Indian citizens. We immediately wrote them to guide us what we can do regarding submission of non-existence documents as well as what were the issues with the submitted certificates (we did this via webform and email, mentioned in the pdf letter, both). Within a couple of days, we received communication from there to "disregard" the letter that they sent earlier and asked to send only police certificates.

You need to fill the form according to your parent work duties as a teacher and their dates of employment. You need to specify any promotions, supervisor names, department, location etc. Every situation is unique so be careful copying as may complicate the application and considered misrepresentation. Goodluck..

IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship providing your Social Insurance Number please submit is this a standard template of AOR as I have submitted IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship providing Social Insurance Number with the application ,should I submit it again ?

because your Father must be main applicant

2nd thats normal and they always include this in aor standard foemat for aor nothing to do until you receive special email asking for the documents!!
