Hi All,

I have applied for parents/GP visa for my mother she had completed her medicals without any issues and PCC was also submitted from India.

I am planning to bring her in the month of May and just wanted to check if she gets the Passport request while she is in Canada can she be able to submit it here in Canada or does she have to go back to India and submit the passport request.

Please advise if anyone heard of similar kind of situation in the past or any suggestions or pointers are highly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response, just curious to know if she will have to exit Canada & re-enter in Canada

Either that or make an appointment at an IRCC office to land inland. It can take weeks or longer to get an appointment, so if you are near a border, it is faster to just flagpole.
