Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Questions

I am sponsoring my mom and my dad. Anyone can advise the below,
(1) on the IMM0008- Box 3 - should i only account for 2 people which are my mom and my dad , or should i count 5 including my husband and my little baby.
(2) on the IMM5562 If my mom is in Canada since April 2019 with valid visit visa and not planning to leave Canada now - what is the length i have to put?
(3) on the IMM5768 -what does #2 and #3 means - does this mean i put 1 in the box if i sponsor my dad and my mom?
(4) on the IMM5768- if #9 &# 10 does not apply to us - should i leave blank or write down N/A
(5) on the IMM5768 - Does this mean if my husband is Co signing for my dad and my mom - should i leave blank or write down N/A
(6) If i do not have birth certificate , what else i can use to prove the relationship with my mom and my dad

Hello Lydia, Could you help me with this quesion?

I expressed interest to sponsor my parents under Parents and GrandParents program last year 2020 and I'm invited to apply to sponsor for my Parents and GrandParents program

CIC advised to fill the forms and submit as per the checklist imm5771e

The question I have is, do I need to fill forms separately, each for my dad and for my mom?

Or does my invitation only applies for one parent?

Or Do I need to start new application for each one of them?

Please advise
