Today got biometrics request for my parents. I applied in March 2021. What does it means? My CIC online status shows 'Decision Made'

Have you received sponsorship approval? Maybe Decision Made means that you passed Sponsorship Eligibility and now the application will be moved to the next stage in processing?

I am in same boat but I have UCI number so I am able see to ECAS status and over there I can see the update that they received my application on November 24. Which I was not able to see before I got ghost email.

I tried checking ECAS status with UCI, but nothing comes up. Guess have to wait and watch.

I also applied for my parents in March 2021 and submitted police clearance two month before. However, still waiting for CIC response. I think your "Decision Made" message is a good sign. Good Luck !

Applied December 6th, no update either and unable to link GC key. My father has no last name listed on the passport and it was left blank on the application. Any recommendation as if I am trying to link GC key, it asks for last name (field required). Also my spouse is co-signer and he invited and sponsored his parents back in 2016. Should I list number of people on application as 4 (me, my spouse, parents) or 6 (me, spouse, parents and his parents (2))

Hello all,

I am 25th Nov applicant and today I received email asking for additional information form (imm 5406- for dependent). I have submitted that document and was completed thoroughly.

This was the message:

IMM 5406 (for Dependant): The Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) provided
was not completed fully. Please provide a current, completed, signed and dated
Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all
dependents aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must
sign their own copy of this form by hand.

Sections A, B and C must be fully completed. The Name, Marital Status, Relationship
to applicant, Date of birth, Country of birth, and Address must be filled. The street
number, street name, city, postal/zip code and country are mandatory for Canada and
USA addresses. All other countries must provide the City, Province/State/Parish and
Country.


I think it wasn't sign by everyone and just me (sponsorer), so i will resubmit.

Can anyone please tell me what happens after i resubmit? will it get delayed? and what can I expect?
