Me and my wife both received individual invitation for family sponsorship 2021, she is a co signer of mine parents for income and I am the co signer for her parents for income, as we need to follow 5 people income or 7 people income chart
Thank you

Assuming you have one child, you need to meet income requirements for 7 people.

Hello folks,
Do I need to fill out 2 IMM 1344 forms if I am sponsoring my parents (both my mother and my father)? If not, which forms should be filled out separately for each parent?
that’s also my question, i got an invitation to apply and i am sponsoring both my parents. do we need to file 2 set of application for them or just one?

question for the fees of $1050, is this for one parent only? if my parents are married and i am sponsoring them both, do i need to pay $2100?

If your sister is over 22 then no. Assume you are PR and have 3 years meeting LICO to enter the lottery next year.
i have a brother who is exactly 22 yrs old is he qualified as dependent?

Eligible members here need to put out a petition to CIC to not accept Notice of Assessment that were amended specifically to show higher income to meet LICO requirements

These are easy tricks that non eligible people can play to scheme the system
Very True

A friend of mine who works as a freelance IT consultant for European clients while living in Canada asked me if he is able to use his income to sponsor his parents next year. He earns around $90K per year from this work and has been declaring his income on his taxes for the past 2 years.
Is this considered worldwide income? If so, does it mean he will never be eligible to sponsor his parents as long as his clients are based outside Canada?

To clarify, his clients all wire him money directly to his Canadian bank account.

Hello guys. I am Dilip from hamilton. I received invitation to apply for my mother this friday. I couldn't apply for my father in 2020 because of passport issues. I am not sure how can my father get PR based on my mother PR once she get it . Any clues? Do i need to sponsor my father next year when they open?

This type of income is called Income from Export of Goods or Services . And it is absolutely legal and normal for many IT service providers and other businesses.
Businesses registered in Canada usually have a Business account with a bank in Canada and as such International remittances to the account are in CAD/USD.

Your friend would be paying Corporate income tax and GST on behalf of the company he/she owns/operates.

All this is however the income to the Business entity which is different from income of an individual.

A part of that corporate income would then be paid out to the employee (your friend) by the company management(again your friend). This amount is considered personal income and would be reported on personal/Individual Tax forms(Notice Of Assessment).

CIC is interested only in the Individual NOA numbers for the purpose of checking Income eligibility for sponsorship

Net income in your Individual NOA is what you need to be looking at

Hope it helps
