It's possible. I saw someone posted that both his wife and himself got the invite.
I think each submittion is individual and not tie to the address or province. (well unless someone submit multiple for and under the same person)

nope.. you can only sponsor who you mentioned in the interest form when you filled it back in Oct/Nov 2020
The name and DOB has to match else they reject it

No, only parents or grandparents of the person who receive an invitation.
