Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

I received the invite yesterday to apply for my parents. My most obvious concern is the name discrepancy in my birth certificate and my passport. My dads name in slightly different on my birth certificate and his passport. Same applies for my mom. So do I need to get affidavits done stating that the different names are one and the same person?

Did you apply(interest to sponsor ) for your parents between oct-nov 2020? I applied in oct 31st 2020 and have case number. Am i eligible to receive an invite this year. I have not applied in 2021.

Yes you are and your, and many more of ours, interest to sponsor are in a helm of lottery, which will be draw until Oct 7. Hang tight and wait ….

Thanks bro. Can you suggest some other s groups or sources that can help with my query. I’ll also try to check with a lawyer here. You’re eligible to get an invitation if you applied last year but didn’t get one. The draw happening this time is from the same pool that was created last year but didn’t receive the invitation last year.

I am an 21 year old dependent ,on 6th of October i will be turning 22.
So my question is:
Should i include myself as a dependent in the application? As we will be completing our final application before the 6th of October.

If you get it in before October 6th it is locked in. Your brother needs to meet LICO for all family members for the 3 years.

My parents are in India but I think it will be challenging from them to do all the forms etc.

They have to open online portal and submit all the forms. I am not sure if we are allowed to do all the forms on their behalf and they can finally sign and we can upload everything on their behalf.

I think i have read that you yourself can help your parents / fill their forms on their behalf and add yourself as a representative. I will try to add a link if i can find
