Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

I submitted PGP application in Oct 2021, and got an additional doc request on May 4th, 2022 and submitted the docs on the same day.
On August 16th, I got a notification from GCkey saying they started to review the additional documents I submitted.

Is it an email notification or you happen to check in the GCKey Account login? Once they start reviewing, I believe PPR will be within weeks. Good luck and keep us posted...

Hello, could you please advise what did they ask in the letter asking additional documents. Do they ask to provide photo ID’s or they specifically mention voter card and adhar card?

They transfer application to different VOs, it could be to distribute workload or it's PA's home country to process something locally. It's normal.
