Hi All,

I applied on 4th Dec 2021 and application got returned on April 22, 2022. As requested i send the froms with physical signature back with in a week on the email they provided and since then no update , any idea how can i ask for the update ? is there anyone in the same situation ?

In our case it took two months for the status restored from "returned" to "submitted" after submission of the required document.

I did the f12 trick earlier today and the status had finally changed to 10.
Checked again a couple of hours later and it went back to 7, and also certain fields were missing. The email of the case officer is no longer there, and other info is missing as well.

Hi All, I was requested to resubmit IMM 5406 for my parents sponsorship application. Today i resubmitted the documents to the email that they asked to send it to (IRCC.CPCMParentsandGrandparents-Parentsetgrands-parentsCTDM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca)
I didnot get any auto reply or anything after sending the email. Is that normal? How do i know that they received the documents? Can someone please suggest?

Yup, same for me. I can no longer see case worker name, last updated date, etc. I think they made changes to their application to hide this data.

Yes, that is not available anymore. they probably read these forum and hid that data

I applied for PGP PR application on 27th November 2021 and still havent received any AOR or medical request. The application still shows submitted status and F12 shows last updated date on 2nd Feb 2022 and status=7. I see people submitted after 27th Nov have started receiving AOR

Where do you see status = 7 and what is F12 ?

This is a common tech glitch. Try another browser/computer or wait several days. You can search in this forum" IRCC login error" and find fixes of all sorts.
Once the glitch stops haunting and you are logged in, find this line:
"Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online."
Follow this link in your acc and you'll be fine.
I linked with sponsor acc. Works fine so far.

Thank you so much for reply. I will try after few days. I tried linking from sign-in partner login. there I see link - Add (link) your application to your account
I tried with all required field detail but it's not showing yet.

Can anybody help me out in the situation:yesterday i received an email that they require Imm5768 and also stated that“, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible:”so does it means i do not have to send this form if i Already submitted it??

I also received first email on June-9th-2022 from IRCC since I applied on Nov-20-2021 with UCI and Application number. in attached it mention exactly same but I have already submitted Imm5768 and given SIN for me and my spouse (Co-singer) so I'm not sending it again.

Yes I have samething. My status id was 10 until yesterday and today it is change to 7 and officer id is missing.

Yes it is normal. In the past I sent the document and did not receive any automated email. Anyway I send through web form as well so after two months I got acknowledgement .

This is in relation to my Parents sponsorship application, they are based in India. My parents completed their medical, Biometrics etc by 3rd week of May, I understand it may get 2-3 months for us to receive the request for Passport submission or any sort of update. My parents already have their Visitor Visa to Canada, I am just wondering if they travel before they get the passport submission request, could they submit their passport for stamping in Canada, incase we receive the passport submission request while they are on visit in Canada, any advise is appreciated.

1. Once they are here update their address through webform.
2. When their address is updated they will get letter for virtual landing.
3. They don't need to send their passport for stamping.

I submitted my parent's application on Dec 06, 2022. This Monday I received the AOR requesting this:

Please note that the following documentation will be required for your sponsorship application to determine whether you meet the minimum necessary income requirements to sponsor a parent or grandparent. In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible:

 A completed and signed authorization form – IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship providing your Social Insurance Number.

o If you selected “Yes” to the Statement of Consent on this form and provided your Social Insurance Number, you authorize IRCC to request information from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in regards to your, or the cosigner’s (if applicable), income tax information for the three consecutive years immediately preceding the received date of your application.

OR

o If you selected “No” to the Statement of Consent on this form then you would need to provide in addition, a completed form - IMM 5748 - Income Sources for the Sponsorship of Parents and Grandparents and an original OPTION C-Printout for the three consecutive years immediately preceding the received date of your parents and grandparents sponsorship application. This document is not the same as the Notice of Assessment and the Option C available on your My Account. The Option C document is available free of charge by calling the CRA. To obtain this document please call CRA at 1-800-959-8281.

This is the AOR, I sent the same form I submitted at the beginning, I checked it and everything is ok. I submitted it via web form, because there was no email to reply to.

Can somebody help me when am I going to be able to link the application to the portal? I tried today and there was just a no found error.

HELP!
