Yes, it clearly says all done, Eligibility, Medical, Background Check, security. All done.
If I was you, I'd start the procedure for mandamus - that will at least force IRCC to check your application and hopefully, finally issue the PPR.

Hi All I have submitted the PR application in Aug 2024 and yet to recieve AOR do we know how to track the AOR status
Just curious about passport request: my mother is in Canada and Father in India, if they send PPR, can we sent my mother passport with Canada for stamping! any suggestions?
Not sure about this one, sending passports from the same file to different visa offices seems risky.
Inland applicants usually get eCOPR via the portal, but in your case, PA is outland and the dependent spouse is inland which complicates things. I guess you could ask IRCC when the time comes, but my suggestion is to keep things simple and have your mom leave and then re-enter Canada with your dad.

I’m happy for you but this lack of consistency in allowing people who were ineligible to apply and even in this case get approved makes everyone lose trust in the system.
