Exactly a week after receiving AOR, We received sponsor approval letter today. It says the application is forwarded to Vancouver immigration team base on the address, but we actually live in Ontario and don't have any relatives in Vaincouver. Does anyone know if this is an issue? Parent has arrived here on Supervisa last week.

I am not sure if it happened to everyone and I doubt it. I am collecting information here from those with the same experience and see anything common we share, like caseworker.

Same here. Changed to 7 from 10. I guess it is happening to everyone.

Yes, the case information disappeared as well. No, its not the same agent.

Congratulations! I received AOR early June and have not heard anything after. The files can be transferred to anywhere and it will make no difference in terms of processing or having any relatives in Vancouver or not.

I live in Vancouver and my parent in India... My file got transferred to Mississauga office based on the primary applicant address. I think they just randomly send files and it doesnt make any difference.. Good luck to you!

This means when you submitted interest to sponsor form you included either PR card or Citizenship certificate or Canadian passport. Now when you submitted application you didn’t used same document and that’s what they are telling you that it doesn’t match

No didn't receive anything

You can certainly use the same, medicals are valid for one year.

Anyone received update from Vancouver office after sponsor approval??

We are also waiting for a reply from the Vancouver office. My in-laws file was transferred after receiving sponsor approval back in March.
