I am still waiting - today I noticed that the application status changed to submitted again.. thats the only update so far

Did you received sponsorship approval yet?

I did the f12 trick earlier today and the status had finally changed to 10.
Checked again a couple of hours later and it went back to 7, and also certain fields were missing. The email of the case officer is no longer there, and other info is missing as well.

What is the latest update on your application? did you get approval yet? bio or medical request?

Sponsor approval & Medical Request : May 18,2022
Medicals completed: June 7th, 2022
Where can I find information if medicals have passed or no? Will my representative (Cohen Law firm) able to check?

I was able to link my account and check the updated status through CIC online 12 days after the medical test.

Mine is back to 7 too. I guess its because they are done with the completeness check at the CPC Mississauga office and assigned it to the Visa officer based on the country of residence. The case officer that worked on the completeness check would no longer be the same person to continue with it so the email is no longer valid. As long as you are able to link in the GC Key portal, then its a waiting game for the next steps.

Hi did you get sponsor approval yet or bio and medical request? I am just wondering if everyone changed back to 7 or only those who already have sponsor approval and was transferred to a different office?

as others suggested: ask your rep to check ircc acc or call them to get update.
if you want to check yourself, you can use ecas. It may not work for all PGP cases in this batch but worth a try.
Note: ircc acc will show "you passed medical", but ecas will show "Medical received" both means medical passed.

nope, nothing. f12 status briefly said 10 on Monday for the first time and then switched back to 7 a couple hours later. other than that no change at all since I submitted on nov 26th.

Hello all, we applied on line in November 2021, but on December 8 our profile has been disabled. So unfortunately we cannot see our status or check anything! Does anyone have the same experience? If yes, how should we resolve the issue? We are still in dark without any new updates!

We got An email to resubmit imm5669 on april 19th.

Sent email twice on april 25th with new forms.

Today i observed the “view” in action column is active and we can see our uploaded documents. Status still shows “returned” .. now while trying f12 the email of the agent is no longer visible and last update shows only for 6 dec 2021.

Earlier we had 11th april as the update when checked as f12

When I call customer service it's long wait and send them email but no response. any help how can I get appointment for my parents. Thanks in advance

This is a bit of an odd one: submitted Nov 25, no AOR/ghost email, received biometrics May 20, medical May 24, did medical and biometrics in the next two weeks, file linked.....then no updae afterwards...

You linked after you receive the requests. There won't be an option to upload in IRCC account for requests already sent.
Follow the instructions in the email. "Reply by email or webform", I assume?

yes I got medical request on 4th May .. completed medical on 1st June . Medical passed on 15 June . Still no AOR no sponsor approval.

I submitted my application on 24th November and didn’t get any response will yet, no acknowledgment or file number. Any suggestions what should I do? May be raise a webform.

@sexychill I was trying from last few days after mine status changed to 10 and yesterday it worked with UCI, Last Name and Place of Birth without application number.

Great!! Do you still see your documents list last updated date? I know we have the same case worker. I had my last update on 24/25 April on 5 documents same as you, but no further updates.
