I have a weird question. Since we paid the fees Ahead of time for everything . My father passed away should I ask for the fees to be refunded for his application?

27th Jan 2021, received the ‘Golden’ phone call from IRCC Vancouver for virtual landing. An hour later, COPR is shown on our GC key.

Received 2 email from cic-etobicoke-landings in 2 days
Yesterday email 1: Asking when and where did my parents enter in Canada
Today email 2: Asking my father's height and eye colour (which i thought we provided those in the application form)

Anyone had similar experience?
I hope we will hear from them with some good news tomorrow

Please I am a 2020 applicant but would like to have someone that is experienced help with this concern I have. Is it okay to type the date and then use hand written signatures on the forms? Or must the signatures and date be handwritten? The guide is kind of confusing. Please assist. Thanks.

So I missed the call from an unknown number yesterday, but looks like it was for COPR. I just my parents GC application and it shows COPR approved! However we did not receive any mail or email confirming the next steps for virtual landing. The COPR is valid till April 25.

Finally after waiting almost a year with DM2 there has been update! Can someone tell me whats the process for virtual landing/next steps?

Yes, as you mentioned that your GC key stated your application is approved and finalised

Depends upon what time flight land at Toronto , if it is rush time , it might take longer than usual. on safe side , keep at least 4-5 hours
