same here....june 2019 - SA in process since nov 2020 not even DM - how long does it take really just to get the SA approval?

no idea... medical is going to expire on dec 30. not sure what's going to happen later.. hopefully get progress soon.

I need advise on travelling to Canada for my parents. They got their copr back in October however i was wondering if my mom can travel earlier then my dad as my dad has some property work going on. He wont be able to trav before march or april. And was wondering if my mom can travel in January. Mom was dependent with so not sure how this works.
Please advise.

Go through all the documents sent with COPR. It is clearly instructed that dependent has either to travel with PA or follow after PA has landed.

we have received two different copr. One for my father other for my mother but the copr does not state anything specific about dependant.

My application was receive by CIC in may 2019
In January 2020 I passed medical and in February my file was past to Ankara visa office
Since August my status shows “submitted “
Does anyone knows what this means? Thank for your help in advance

Check your GC key login, it should show there. My case is also at NDVO. Biometric since Feb 2020 and no hear since then.

This morning I received an update on myCIC, CPC is asking for new medicals for applicant and dependant. The medicals were passed and submitted in Oct 2019.

The letter says the medicals are expiring in Feb 21 and we are suppose to send before that time.

Can I challenge or ask for a waiver as its not my fault that CIC has not been working on files since the start of 2020?

There must be some pages of attachment with COPR with instructions. Anyway dependents may accompany or follow the principal applicant.

I don't think u can, just redo the medical to save time, good luck

Same here, biometrics completed in Jan 2020 and file transferred to Delhi office and since then my file is stuck at application received.
