After medical and police clearance certificate request is there any other next steps before Decision made 2 for principal applicant of PGP?

Nothing except the case officer thinks additional documents are required. For example incomplete proof of relationship.

Can anyone tell me what is the normal or expected processing time for PR parents/ grandparents and when did it start from the time they receive our application or when we received Acknowledgment?

Also , my parents did their police clearance on June 6th 2020 and it’s been 6 months already. Now they r in Canada , does that mean it’s expired and I should be submitting new one? Or I should wait for cic to ask for it again? Also can we apply for police clearance certificate while they r in Canada coz they just landed here last month??

No need to re-submit again. ( submit only if CIC ask you )
make sure you updated your parents current address via webform if they are in Canada.

I have raised 3 webforms but no response yet. I am really worried now.

I am in the same boat. Can anybody please advise what we should be expecting?
We are getting really worried now especially with the fact that my parents 6 months stay as visitor in Canada would be ending in around March?
