Last I heard from them was November 2019 when they sent the 2nd AOR. Nothing since then!
They asked again for the CV, military and travel history, was sent first time on Jan 12. It is so frustrating. Line 545
I got the below message after submitting additional documents. It has an agent name as well.

My parents passed the medical on Jan23,2020. It was shown in their account all the time until now that I just logged in and the date was changed to Dec1,2020 :O
Anyone has the same experiance that CIC change the medical exam passed date?

Yes this seems to be happening. A couple of posts said their medical were extended the same way.
It is inconsistent though, others got second-medical
but that doesn't look like an extension lol. Now medicals will expire sooner!
Hello there. I know a lot of you folks had your parents/grand parents in Canada on a visitor visa before they got approved for PR, or are still waiting (like me). Can you please share your experience with health insurance for the parents? I got quotes from Manulife, and then another local company called TravelShield (https://www.travelshield.ca/). The latter seem exactly what I want, but not sure if they are reliable or good.
Does anyone have any experience with this TravelShield? Any claims that you have had, hospitalizations (hope not!), ... ?

What's the procedure? Do we need to get email first by cic, then we can book an appointment with service canada for Biometrics.
OR
We can book the appointment without the cic email and do upfront biometrics and it would be attached with our file?
IRCC will send a biometric instruction letter with barcodes, application no & UCI no. Then you can book online appointments.

is anyone here got medical request after one year? I just received another medical after 1 year after it was passed ? I don't understand what IRCC trying to achieve here as I called yesterday and agent said your parents medical was extended until March 2021 and now this. IRCC is ridiculous.
