Yes resume request is normal request. The status/address update request is also normal because if your parents are here, they can do virtual landing instead

Since their super visa expires in March, should I mention that they will be here till March? Because if PR comes by then we won't apply for super visa extension as they will be staying here with me and no plans of going back

We just got DM for my MIL! Virtual landing and got COPR through email.

We had been stuck in IME Passed since Feb. Early October, we got ghost update and Background check changed to In-Process. Two weeks later, we got DM!

Before the ghost update in early October and the change of background check to “in process” was the status of background “not applicable”?

I believe on ECAS status changes first, then on my CIC, congrats!!

Have’t checked status for a while and today when I checked it says “Decision made“ but when I clicked it no Recent lines added. (Last line is regarding receipt of medical result) How long does it usually take to get an email or an update on Ecas regarding decision?

yea i think your logic makes sense because technically that's how long they are legally allowed to stay in Canada currently. You can still change your mind and apply for visa extension later on if necessary

sponsorship decision made won't have any update on mycic which is for PR applicant. You should expect email for sponsorship decision made.

I have updated my address via webform. I am a representative of my parents' PR application.

However, I received a letter to submit the latest address and phone number details of my parents. My mother is currently on a visitor visa in Toronto and my father is in India. What would be the best way to provide the latest address and phone number details to cic?

My mother's current address is not her residential address (she is on a visitor visa) and she has also received a biometrics request at the same time. We received these requests on Sep 26th.

Please advise!
