Principal applicant is in DM status and has neither received PPR nor Pre arrival services letter since March 2020.
If Principal applicant comes to Canada on visitor visa, will he get COPR ? If yes, how much time would it take to get it and what would be the process ?

Sounds like metoo in same scenario. My VO is CPC-M (Sep 2018 applicant)

I saw DM for PA in Application Status since March....but not in CIC portal (says its still in processing)...I called IRCC yesterday they said it is DM and approved and only final paper must be sent (I believe that is COPR or PPR)......and they dont know how much time it will take due to COVID19

If vo is cpc-m, when all of applicants are inland, they will get corp via email directly.

I also saw it in the application status and not in CIC portal. I believe CIC portal will get updated after they land.
@KarthickRajRamesh are you planning to call your parents on visitor visa or you would be waiting for the PPR ? Because nobody has an idea when would they start sending out PPR to outland applicants.

My parents are planning to travel Canada on super visa from India. Are they allowed in Canada, if we buy medical insurance ? Can they give Biometric later in Canada once service Canada office opens ? Sorry if this is repeat question as I was not following this forum regularly.

This seems to be a test pilot coping with recently-approved applicants residing in Canada. On August 24 the eCAS status for PA changed to "decision made"; on August 28 I received a call from IRCC inquiring whether both my parents are currently residing in Canada. If yes, they'll proceed with virtual landing to bypass the physical landing process at port of entry. My parents are out of country and hence unable to participate. Still awaiting for the next communication from Hong Kong VO (whether PPR email or GCKey approval).

I applied for my parents sponsorship in 2018. Last we heard was in January 2020, they recieved medical results. Since then I haven't heard any update. Is anyone else in the same boat?
Parents are Pakistani, and visa office is London.
