It depends on work load of that office and Abu Dhabi is usually busy serving all GCC countries. There is no set pattern and they can send it to country of citizenship.
OK, thanks.

Should I expect that she'll have to present herself in Dar es Salaam for an interview?

Will the eventual passport submission have to be to Dar es Salaam? Can she submit it by courier, or does it have to be in person?

Usually PGP applicants don't have to do an interview and hopefully it will be same for you !!! Passport can be submitted at Abu Dhabi once you receive PPR request.

I am feel like bit upset with slow speed of NDVO for processing applications , People who applied after me getting medical requests but I have not hear back since i have bio metric last month... can some one wake up NDVO to process applications fast ?

@robertp please update received PCC , Passport copies & CV request email today. Thank you

Line 728 in the spreadsheet. Please update, biometrics completed Mar 11.

Also, I received an email today saying:

"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
Residence for your relative will be forwarded to Dar es Salaam for further processing. This office was
selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act."

My Q is, my mum is a Tanzanian citizen but lives in the UAE. How come the Application was not sent to UAE for processing?

Did you tell the CIC after completing your bio ? My mother did bio last week and mycic still shows "your action required" and i haven't received any email . Please guide. Thanks

Don't worry Man, I would say time is not an issue, some people will have there Medical requests in Jan 2020 others will have it in April 2020. But I pray and wish that all of us have a positive and successful Immigration to Canada :)

Sometime people get their Visa stamped on the passport but they delay months to travel to Canada because they might want to attend some marriage or anyother business.

So wish you good luck

Just got SA letter from CPC-Mississauga. In the letter, it requires me to to submit the following:
Passport/Travel Document
Biometrics
Police Certificate
Country Specific Requirements: Please refer to the country specific requirements listed for spouses, as these documents are applicable to parents and grandparents. Country specific requirements can be found on our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM 5562):
Details of Military Service - IMM 5546 (if applicable)
CV/Resume

And I have some questions regarding those documents.
1. My parents stayed in Canada for more than 9 months. But this was about 2 years ago and they are now in China. Do they need to submit PCC for their stay in Canada too?
2. what is this Country Specific Requirements???
3. My parents never severed in military. So I can ignore IMM5545, right?

Thanks

Ans1) My parents were in Canada for 7 months and they asked for Canadian RCMP police clearance. but they specifically requested for it. they named the other 2 countries as well where they had lived and asked for PCC of each. In your letter, did they asked specifically for a PCC ?

@robertp

PCC sent via webform. Have not received any respond. But they received that why did not send letter.

No. it only says
 The country where they currently live; and
 Any country they have lived for six months or more (if applicable).

Can I apply PCC from Canadian RCMP for them, since they are not in Canada right now?

You don’t need to get a police certificate for your time in Canada. Unless they highlighted in the letter.
