Sure, tried it back then and tried now 8 times (5 in PA account and 3 in mine), no luck. I am using IM008 as source of all data, so should be good.
Even tried all combinations of family members (just PA = 1, me and PE =2, me+wife+PA=3, me+wife+kid+PA=4), all failed.
I guess there might be a chance I've linked it in the rush to some old account I've had, but doubt it..
Will try to call them on Monday

The system will only link an application if the information you enter matches the application exactly. Make sure you don’t have any extra spaces before or after what you type into each field.
  1. count # of Family member = [ Sponsor + if Cosigner ] do not count kids + [PA + if Dep]

The count is very simple: Family member = [ Sponsor + if Cosigner ] do not count kids + [PA + if Dep]

There is a possibility of technical issue, call or send them a webform.

Are your parents here in canada? What was the address provided in application?

They were in their country of residence when I submitted the application.
They came here in December.

you are waiting for DM. check here waiting for DM list
Thanks. This is helpful. My dad's file was transferred as he could not get Kuwaiti and Iraqi PCCs (he worked there from 1978-84) despite trying in writing. Copies of these doc's were submitted to IRCC. CPC-Mississauga transferred file to NDVO for final processing and decision. We found it from GCMS notes.
NDVO has done nothing on it in the last 100 days and status is Application Received.

February 28, 2020 >> Received PPR request. The email went to junk/spam folder. I asked my local MP to check the status of my file. He advised that NDVO sent a bulk passport request on February 28, 2020. I checked and it was in my junk folder.

So, all those waiting for passport request from NDVO, check your junk/spam folder for the date of February 28, 2020.
