Where did you request the PCC from? Police normally does not send PCC to embassies unless embassies requested the documents directly from the police. In this case, CIC requests PCC from applicants who in turn requests PCC from police station. So, it's odd that police decides to send the PCC to LVO directly. Anyhow, if it was indeed sent by the police and you have proof that it was sent (such as a tracking number or notification of sort from the govt website), then I would include that along with a simple explanation of why PCC was late. There is no specific format for PCC extension request.

My country (Israel) does not give PCC to me, and only send it directly to them. And I dont have the tracking number they sent it, only the request ID.
This is according to the CIC website so I know it's how it's supposed to be, I just think that they lost it somewhere.

You said that there is a specific format - where can I find it?

Hi All, received Medical request for my parents (in Pakistan), however, I have only sponsored my mother but CIC requires medical for my father as well. The issue is, he does not have a passport and when booking appointment, IOM has requested passport for him as well. Anyone has any experience with such situation?

both parents have to pass medical.
contact CIC and ask for extension for medical. you need to submit passport and your dad have to pass medical too.

Anyone from London office received any requests?
London office started sending requests, but no order . Random pickup. So possible only one visa officer is active as of now.

I am 100% sure I have sent my birth certificate along with my parents', but got an email requesting me to submit it again? Has anyone else had the same experience? Does this mean they've lost it or what?
