So, I have a question.
We got a letter for PCC and Medical beginning of January. We did both, but PCC can only be requested and the police send it directly to the recipient (The Embassy in this case). According to the gov website, the mail was sent on the 2nd week of January, but there is still no information on MyCIC. I have sent a web form to ask for it, but they will most probably say that it does not arrive as it's the same info as in MyCIC.
Does anybody have an example for a request for extension of PCC?

My parents AOR letter stats he following. i did not submit the IMM5476 with the application. Do I have to submit this IMM5476 for sure,

Your application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019.

A Use of Representative form (IMM 5476) must be submitted with an immigration application if
the applicant used the services of a representative (such as an immigration consultant or
lawyer) to help them prepare their application, or if the applicant wishes to appoint a
representative (friend or family member) to conduct business on their behalf with IRCC.
If you appointed a representative and the IMM 5476 was correctly completed and signed, all
correspondence from IRCC will be sent to the representative’s email or mailing address.
When submitting your PGP application:

It is not mandatory to send IMM5476. But, if you did use a consultant or lawyer, they should or would have filled it out. If you also want to see the updates from CIC or request/inquire information on your parent's behalf, you need to fill this form out. Otherwise, they will not release any information to you except, of course, the sponsorship part.

Where did you request the PCC from? Police normally does not send PCC to embassies unless embassies requested the documents directly from the police. In this case, CIC requests PCC from applicants who in turn requests PCC from police station. So, it's odd that police decides to send the PCC to LVO directly. Anyhow, if it was indeed sent by the police and you have proof that it was sent (such as a tracking number or notification of sort from the govt website), then I would include that along with a simple explanation of why PCC was late. There is no specific format for PCC extension request.

Did she send you confirmation that she has provided the information to IRCC?
I never got any confirmation letter from SSC but the lady just told me over the phone that she has sent the information to IRCC and after that it took 5-6 days to receive the biometrics.
So I think you don’t need to send them anything, just wait for it. If you don’t see DM in 2 weeks then you may send it, which I hope you won’t need to.

Do you have sponsor approval already? If yes its showed up to the emailed that they sent to you!

Hello guys! My mom can't do her sputum culture test but she keep trying! She did that many times already. Our deadline of their medical is February 17 .. do i need to inform my Local Visa office about this or the clinic does that? Anybody had experienced like this before? Thank you ..

I live I Calgary . my mother's application is stuck in process since Oct 2nd . I am a May 27th applicant.
