Hello experts,

I have a question. I am based in Ontario and my parents are in India. The last letter I received from CIC (Sponser's eligibility letter), mentions that based upon the address you provided, your application will be processed in CPC Mississauga office.
My parents address in the form is - India Address. However, I put my Canada address in the communication address. I also submitted the form for authorized representative.
We received the medical request via email. The address on Medical form is my Canada address. My parents got their medical done in India.
I am now bit confused about the Visa office for my parents. Since they are in India, their VO should be New Delhi and not Mississauga.
Do I need to get it changed?
What will happen when we receive the passport request?
can they submit in India office or do they need to submit it in Mississauga office?
I am very confused

Many applicants are in your situation: The case is processing in Mississauga and parents are in their home country.
When you get PPR, they give option of submitting passport either in Ottawa or NewDelhi in your case. Don't worry, just prepare what is being asked to provide.

The SA letter will come after around 5 days of DM.

To all late April applicants whose files were transferred to London VO
Anyone contacted them for an update? London AOR stated that if you have not heard from them in 9 months from the date the application was received in Sydney, you should contact them for an update.

If u received ME or Biometric, it would be a positive signal. However if biometric provided already is a different story

AOR Date 10/11/2019
Started processing 1/15/2020.
Sent you a letter on 1/27/2020.

Under PR Application Status it says IN Process.

Hi @robertp, another question... if PIL are both currently in Canada (until at least April), should I be letting CIC know? Or do they have access to their border crossing information? I just thought of this because you said our file has likely been transferred to LVO (Hong Kong) last week when we saw an update on PA side "started processing application on Jan 23". Thank again!
