Hello @robertp @bdidol we got the PPR, LVO is New Delhi. The letter mentions if the parents are in Canada and is intending to stay for 3 months or more we can submit the passport to the case processing centre in Ottawa. We have sent the Passports to Ottawa do we need to let LVO i.e New Delhi know that the Passports are being submitted to CPC - Ottawa since the PPR letter advises Passports must reach Visa office in New Delhi within 30 days of the letter received. Please kindly advise. Thank you

any one have the issue to link your application to the online account? It keeps telling me can;t find my case. I have recived AOR.

I got my AOR on December 03 but still not able to link my application. Same answer every time like you.

Hi all,
Please add me as a new line entry.
Courier delivered application June 28th, so I may be one of the last applicants in.
No AOR or ECAS yet.
I did contact IRCC via webform out of paranoia that I had botched things up, but they did respond on 12/31/2019 stating that I am still pending processing (hence no AOR), but still within processing times. So i think that means i'm still in the queue and haven't missed the ship.

No, not possible.
you have to wait for CIC request.

My parents did their biometrics in India in Feb 2019 for visitor visa and now for their PR application I have received a biometric request, just wondering if its required again and is their a deadline by which they need to get it done.

My mother in law is in Canada since march 2019,just received a letter saying:
1) Police Certificates (Multiple): Please provide a copy of your original police certificate from India and any other country where you have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age of 18. Instructions to obtain Police Certificates can be found on our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/01

2)Proof of Relationship: Document proving your relationship with your inviter/family member. As proof of relationship to the principal applicant, please provide your voter ID card, Aadhaar card and old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate). NOTE: Affidavits are not acceptable as proof of relationship. This must be received at this office by: 2020/02/01

Yes you have to do seperate biometric from PR application. it mentioned on CIC website. Visitor visa one does not work. You will have 30 days to do the Bio. Fortunately Bio can be done within canada now at ServiceCanada location i.e effective December 3.

You will received a letter via email from CPC missisauga that you have been approved as sponsor and you file is moved to local VO.
