Do you still remember last time a member reassessed his income ?? And you defined it as fraud/misrepresentative,...CIC would ask for questions about to meet income requirements. CIC did not ask anything and he got approved as sponsor BECAUSE CRA approved. If he listened scared stories , his parent would still there. As I said whatever is with legal docs. Not guiding anything but do not commit anything if you are not sure

Well he committed fraud and didn’t get caught. If I remember correctly he suddenly declared 10k in income that he didn’t actually earn. I hope CRA does eventually audit him. I will never approve of people committing fraud in any immigration program. Hopefully someone reports the fraud and it is discovered at a later time.

Just looked and @Rushdanalb parents haven’t been been approved or landed.

Lol do not say he actually earned or not. That's his personal information and no one here can say it unless authorized officers. CRA & IRCC does not legalize any law about earned incomes, they look at line 150, so do not single our any member here. I wish someone will report and hope CRA will return $6000 taxes I paid if they do not believe or want to audit, even they audit unless they find out hidden incomes, how do they audit taxpayers claim more incomes to pay taxes?? We appreciate you are here but DO NOT commit or define any laws or stories were assumed and have never occurred.

Updates from me:
1) December 02: Bio metrics enrolled in Hyderabad , India .
2) December 03 - Medicals given in Hyderabd, India
4) December 06 - Successfully linked app in myCIC :--)
3) December 11 - Medicals passed as per myCIC.

December 05 - PCC request submitted at Passport India office. Waiting for the certificate

Just need to send all the documents - Travel history,CV,Country Specific,etc. Planning to send them once PCC comes

Sent all the documents ( including PCC) as of today ( Dec 30 2019).
