Good morning, i was given 15 days to submit the additional documents which i did and called them next day to confirm if they have received the documents? And the agent told me that yes they have received it. It has been 21 days and didn’t hear anything back.
In between i saw one day Application/profile updated i thought that a would be DM but apparently it went back to Your action required.
Is anyone else on the same boat or has experienced the same thing. When can i see DM or PPR any idea?

Probably they will ask you for some more additional documents or if something is missing, that's usually reason for Your Action Required status. You can try sending web query and probably will hear something.

Thanks for the info. What response did you get after you informed CIC that your mother is in India via the websorm ? Did you submit any proof ? Did they send you any response yet ?

We are given 15 days to submit.

I got the Request Letter on 13th dec, I sent email to CIC on 16th Dec. Didn't getany response yet. I got 30 days to submit the documents. I didn't submit any proof yet that she is India.

I'm able to access my ECAS now and the status for both is "Application Received".

I have still not received an email for AOR or any other correspondence after I sent my additional documents via email on October 3rd, 2019.

Please advise if that is normal + what to expect..

How much time does Consular General of India - Toronto take to Issue PCC ?? any Idea ??

Any idea in PA's account it shows status as your action is required .
What does that mean?
We have submitted biometrics which shows in right side of the application with bio number and date it was completed.
But in biometrics ( which is list of docs) it does not bio was completed....
I'm confused!

Mine came in 3 days so it depends .
They must have given you 2 weeks time
