Hi Aradhana,
I am sure that they can't ask anything regarding your side as you are Canadian Citizen. They usually request these IDs for principal applicant as well as dependent. I have never heard about Government Service Detail Form may be by this they mean CV as most of us were requested a CV from principal applicant as well as dependent.

- They did ask for my Voter ID and Aadhar card as a proof of relationship
- I already submitted a detailed form for my dad's previous job with my PR application

I was asked about government service details (for teacher) on Oct 15th and everything was submitted on Oct 22nd but no updates after.

Where did you find the Government Service Details form? I was asked to submit this but cannot find the form.

My dad was in Airforce, where can I find Government Service Details Form

I was asked for government service details form too, for mum being teacher but there was no form attached. So I sent a self made word document with all the columns similar to military service details form. Later on somebody on this forum was very kind to send me a copy of actual government service details form. I can email you a copy if you want.

@robertp thanks. So if it will be missisauga than PCC and Ime request will be attched to Sa letter? And if its ndvo than pcc and ime will come later on? Did I get it right ?
