I didnt get eCOPR, my parents did physical landing on 2nd Feb and I got my dad's PR card on 15th March and my mom's PR card came the day after.

does the primary applicant and the dependent get their PR cards separately? or does it come all together in one post?

Expiry date is ususally when you pass the medical. My in-laws medical was completed and passed on 22nd Dec'21 so their CoPR expiry date is on 22nd Dec'22. My parents completed their medical on 10th Mar'22 and they got their CopR expiry date on 10th Mar'23.

So it doesnt matter if their entry point wont be the province from where they were sponsored? I mean after they enter the country they can move to different province but is it not like if they are sponsored from a specific province they have to first enter to that province?

My passport dispatched from IRCC on 30th June, hopefully you will also get some good news soon.

Is the timeline same for all application type? We applied for PR for our parents under Sponsorship program.

I have the same for my in-laws as well. Passport reached IRCC on 20th June and the status is still the same till now. But my parents passport reached IRCC on 14th June and they got their passport back on 22nd June, so I guess it depends who is handling your passport. We can only wait now:(

As per IRCC if you do not enter before the expiry date then you have to reapply for immigration and have to go through all processing steps again. They have already given the maximum validity and it cannot be extended - this must have been mentioned in the instruction paper that you received...
