In similar situation as you. Did you have just the generic email request or any additional documents too like government service or relationship proof?
Yes just an email to provide additional documents like PCC, Form 5562, copy of PP, RPRF receipt, CV etc but no proof of relationship.

It is just a matter of time now that when the officer opens the file again and reviews the document. Won't be expecting much now with the holiday season.

I have been asked for proof of relationship on nov 4th and I submitted nov 5th but I haven’t heard anything further since then, how about you

Hi Ankz001

Did you tried to call them and get any updates what's happening with the file
No I didn't. I don't think the agents can help much with updates. They will have this generic answer that the officer needs to review the documents.
Probably not till mid January that I will call them.

I was asked about government service details (for teacher) on Oct 15th and everything was submitted on Oct 22nd but no updates after.

Lets see how long the officer will take to open the file again and review the documents. Now expecting may be after holidays.

Hi @robertp @YULIA-2016
Please update - User - Nsooch - Medical's Passed, and PRe-Arrival Services Letter received, Dec 13th.

Question - I am waiting for a PCC from New Zealand for my Mom, in the meantime should I submit the PCC for Mom and Dad from India, or wait and send all of them together in one email only? Any suggestions?
Hi @Nsooch my mom lives in New Zealand and her PCC took 1 month to receive. FYI if that helps your decision whether to send separately or together. They probably won't do anything further until they have everything so waiting may be the way to go (I'm no expert though, just a personal opinion).

I would recommend to send what you have, with an advise when the rest of the docs are coming on the way. IRCC don't like it when you don't provide a response within 30 days.
