When do they usually change bio from not received to received? My mum had it on November 20th and they still didn’t update it

My mum had it done Oct 11 and it still shows not received!

Yes. I've just spoken to medical center. All she needs is passport and the form from CIC. And money of course

I received the request for medical and police report, the processing office is Singapore, in the letter, they indicate that I should consolidate in one envelop and send it, but it did not mention the address? Is that mean I can just reply to that email?

CIC VO: requestd old hukou and birth medical record on Nov 8th , submit the request documents on Nov 17th

Is that PPC meaning passport copies not police clearance certificate (PCC)? I did not see request for PCC on the tracker?
