My application was received on May 15,2019 and got AOR on July 26,2019
My Sponsorship Application status is Decision Made and got sponsor approved letter email from CIC Mississauga on Nov 18,2019 with documents request of passport / travel docs, PCC ,CV, Travel info and country specific requirements.
My Permanent residence application status for applicant is IN Process with following two lines :
1) We received applicants application for PR on May 15,2019
2)We sent applicant a letter on Nov 15,2019 .Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Now My requested questions are :
A) What letter they sent me via mail on Nov 15,2019, which I haven't received yet
B) What should i find / fill in country specific requirements for India ?
C) My mother is house wife , what should I write in her CV
I will really appreciate your time and efforts to help me in this urgent matter, I am really confused at this moment.

My parents got the Biometrics request on Nov. 14 and they just completed it today Nov.24 while they are there the officer took their passports (which I dont understand why??) They were planning to come visit soon but we dont understand why they took the passports and when it will be back ?

Also, until now I didnt received SA email or letter- any thoughts?

The passport is only for the ID check and they should get it back immediately. Contact the VFS office as might be an error from their part.

You handover passport when you receive pp request from ircc, and vfs global takeover pp when you present email/letter for submission of pp, call them or visit them....

Sponsorship Application Status: Decision Made (Since Nov 8th, 2019)

Permanent Resident Application Status: In Process (Since Nov 8th, 2019)

- Biometric Requested for parents on Nov 16th, 2019.

I sponsored my mom under 2019 parents sponsorship as "legally separated". she has been living separately for almost 1.5yrs now but there is no legal paper work as ( she does have proof of rent she has been paying all this time) she never went to court. I attached an attested affidavit of separation from a notary.

In order to make the separation legal, she has now filed for legal separation in a court.

Will that be enough? Any chances CIC will insist on a proof for divorce, which she doesn't want to file because she is in her 60's and doesn't have the money and health to get through some thing like that. Please share if you know anything about such a situation.
