Congrats when was the medical passed. I am also waiting for PPR. Mother in law is in canada since march 2019,so i guess no biometrics and PCC?

I'm June 15 applicant. I just see an application recevied in Ecas.
What's the procedure after it? Is it biomedical and biometrics? or Decision made? Can somebody please explain.

I just received a request for PCC and was a bit confused about how to send the copy.
The request email mentioned "send to this office in one envelope". I assumed that meant snail mail.
However, at the end of the email, it also included this line, "all responses should be sent via email to spore.immigration@international.gc.ca".
Can someone with prior experience help me out?

Hmm not sure is this is a legit email address. May be somebody else should confirm too. May be google the mail address if it is legit before proceeding..

Thanks. The medical was passed on Sep 10th. Not sure about biometrics, as for some their parents are in Canada and already thru went BM earlier have got request for BM again for PGP. For some they expempted. So what is rule behind it don’t know. PCC for Canada not required.

According to tracker they haven't started the June 26 applications yet. They are still at Jun 15- Jun 19 applications. You will received AOR once they will open your file and you should be able to link your application to myCIC where you can check application status

Received new request today to provide below documents:
I thought it might be passport request but it was below request. I had send birth certificate as a proof. I dont have fifth class or middle standard marksheets.
Proof of Relationship: As proof of relationship to the principal applicant, please provide your voter ID card, Aadhaar card and old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation/secondary school certificate).
Also the documents I have to submit them right or of my father?

Did anyone received same request? I dont have voters id card.

Today when I login to MYCIC the current status shows:Application/ profile updated. I went into it and saw the background check changed to “ we are processing your background check”. Anyone who has the same status? Will everyone who apply for the PGP will have the background check mandatory?

Mississauga. I got additions documents request on 27sept. Submit all the requested documents on 21 Oct and today saw the start background check. Not sure if it a good sign....because I don’t see much ppl mention this in the forum.

I think you will be getting decision made tomorrow morning. Check your ecas tomorrow.

Did you upload through mycic or sent the email?
