Hello Everyone,

My name is Charmy and i submitted an application for my mother in law on June 19th. I have not received anything yet and i am worried. Is this normal? Should i contact them?
Yeah I think you should call them and they should be able to tell you what’s going on. You don’t need to worry, there are many people who waiting whose files were received after mid June.

How should i contact them? Has anyone tried contacting them here?? Can someone please provide me information. Much appreciated.

Would wait a few more weeks. Many people are in the same position as you are and they haven’t received AOR yet. Processing just takes time. If you are the only one who has heard nothing then it would be a different situation. Would recommend you monitor the tracker.

Hello. Our submission date is May 28, and my father received the biometrics request last Oct 21, 2019. Then my parents' application was transferred to Manila Visa Office on Oct 31, 2019.

Based on your experience, when do we expect to get the Medical and Police Clearance requests? Thanks
I was about to ask the same question
There is no request yet from Manila office to everyone on our Batch. They are so slow. My Mom's application was received at MANILA Visa Office last Sept 10. No Medical, PCC or additional request yet.
I'm also wondering when are we recieving med requests as there are some from the 2018 files still In process

@robertp
Decision made Oct 15, bio metric request Oct 15

I received the 'sponsorship approved' letter yesterday.. it has asked for PCC, passport copy (if not already sent), CV. It hasn't specified which countries it needs PCC from. Do I just assume they need from countries where my parents have stayed more than 6 months? My mother has visited Benin while my dad was working there but hasn't stayed there for more than 6 months continuously. However she has visited Benin multiple times but never more than 6 months each time. Should I get her PCC from Benin? Also they haven't asked medicals yet. Should I wait for a request for medicals or do I have if done before hand?
Raghav.

Friends, can some one share their experience for doing BM at Buffalo ASC?
In terms of which border is better to go, Fort Erie or Rainbow bridge?
Experience at the border in terms of questions asked and if we can say upfront about BM?
Experience at the ASC in terms of what documents they ask to prove legal status in US etc?
And any other helpful information ?

TIA

@robertp @YULIA-2016 Received Sponsorship Approval Email Nov 15. Biometrics was Nov 13. LVO is Kyiv lol.

Any one else get Kyiv as a LVO (parents are Bangladeshi and live in Qatar)? When do you think request for medicals come after this (I was hoping i could get fingerprints and medicals done around the same time)?

Got my sponsorship approval letter today and it says that file has been transferred to Mississauga office.
Also it asks to submit these following documents for faster process.

 Biometrics (if applicable): On July 31st, 2018, biometrics became a requirement for some IRCC applicants. If they have yet to submit biometrics, they should do so immediately.
