What happens during a ghost update?

Do you receive an email?

No email, when you log in to mycic, against the PR app in the table, you would see application/profile updated and next column as New. However, when you go in the app, you see no changes.

A new experience

Today was last day of 30 day timeframe for biometric.
Parents did biometric on 15th oct and 25th Oct.
MyCIC showed there info of latest biometric dates received with some delay but above dates were there in the file.

Your action required never changed to submitted, and we need your fingerprint message was continuously there till yesterday.

2 days ago webform enquiry confirmed that responsible office got my biometrics and they have them.

Today when 30 day time is over. your action required chnged to submitted and application status inside says we have not received your fingerprints.

Again i sent webform query. With all screenshots and proofs.

Seriously confused if office is confirming they received so how MYCIC got updated today that we have not received your fingerprints

1. I submitted my upfront PCC around 3 weeks back through IRCC web form and till now it is not reflecting on my CIC account.
2. I submitted IMM 5562 ( Travel History) Nov 04, 2019 via e mail. I made mistake in the subject line of the mail, it was supposed to be F000XXXXXX( Application Number) and Form IMM 5562 I rather did a typo error wrote IIM 5562. I am just worried if the mail is going to be auto-forwarded to CO or it happens manually. Should I resend the same mail again with correct subject Line.

What should I expect as the next step to my current application?

please resubmit PCC and IMM5562e via Email. delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca
Always include the PA applicant's full name, date of birth, passport number and file number in your message

No movement for the very first applicant in tracker for this office yet, so i can see my turn in next year.

Last year progress of London visa office proves it that seriously 17 countries applicants is too much burden on them they sent requests this year for pgp 2018.

Interestingly UK applicants files go somewhere else as per tracker.

Agree that's too many countries for one office and in the ACK letter was mentioned that The departmental processing standard for Family Class applications is 12 months. I do not know what that means?
