I suggest you should order gcms.
I am in process since aug 08 and I ordered the notes on Oct 21.
I wasted a lot of time waiting.

Lots of people are waiting this long. There is really no need to order notes when you are experiencing similar processing times as other people.

Hi All,

My parents today completed the medical examination. I have a concern as during the medical test my dad's blood pressure was 170/80 (which is considered high). My dad did mention about his high blood pressure prescription. The doctor took only one reading. Can anyone confirm if this will be an issue or if my dad will be subjected to further medical tests?

Everything else during the examination was fine.

Thanks.

I disagree with others. I think that IRCC may ask for further cardiac testing. Your father should really get his medication adjusted. 170 is pretty high even if he had white coat efffect.

Is your application in process since Mid June?
What was your application received date?
Do you know any reason for being in process for so long such as any inquiry sent to your province to check if you have taken any EI etc ?

yes, It's hard to believe but my application is "in process" since Mid June.
CIC received my application in April.
I had ordered GCMS notes at the end of August, and under Outgoing it shows that CIC has requested "Province - Request Letter".
After waiting 3 months, CIC resent the request letter again. (I assume that Alberta did not reply). In GCSM notes, they called it as "social assistance check". We sponsored in-laws last year. I think, CIC checks whether they got social assistance.

Question: Will they ask me to go to MIFI and request the CSQ or am I supposed to know that I have to go now ask for it to Quebec? All the letter says is literally an acknowledgement of receipt and that I entered in the 2019 intake, nothing else.

Thanks.
Wait for sponsorship approval letter from CIC before going to MIFI for CSQ application. You need to attached sponsorship approval letter with your CSQ application kit.

HI @YULIA-2016 and @robertp ,

Please update the line # 336 in tracker

Medical, PCC and Additional Docs request.

-Have few questions in mind though :

1. my mother is a widow and they have requested to submit the original death certificate ? can i not submit the copy instead and if i submit the original, will i be getting that back ?

"If your spouse is deceased, provide the original death certificate or any other official documentation that pre-dates the application. Also indicate the date and year of death."

2. similarly they have requested original for my birth certificate as well
"Original birth certificate for each child (which shows the names of the parents)"

3. PCC from each country where she has lived for more than 6 months. Do i need to provide the PCC from Canada as well.

Thanks and Good luck to everyone
